The brand was born in 2006, became the market leader in Hungary and a dominant competitor in the International markets within three years. The brand being top choice of consumers in several markets is now available in 28 countries worldwide. The secret to Hell Energy’s lies in exceptional quality, the brand’s perfect price/value ratio and wide availability, (we aim to achieve a 70% distribution in every country) the international marketing communications background and at last but not least the brand’s positioning as per the consumer needs.

Among the first steps in international expansion were the attendances at several key international food and beverage exhibitions, including Anuga in Cologne, SIAL in Paris and the World Food Expo in Moscow, where Hell won the „Best NEW Market Entrant” and the „Best Energy Drink” prizes.

A new era commenced in the life of the energy drink market as a whole, as the consumers of the 21st Century lay great stress and focus on price/value ratio besides the impulsive purchase behavior. As a result of this HELL Energy Drink remained crisis-resistant, as sales figures were resistant to the economic crisis’ known effects made on consumption habits and remains in a decisive role regarding the growth of the total market. The first milestone in the life of international marketing activities was the two year sponsorship deal with the AT&T Williams Formula 1 Team, where HELL became a pioneer among Hungarian firms and second in the energy drink sector to enter the world of the Formula 1 Racing. Currently the international marketing activities are focused on drift events: Hell is the title sponsor of the most acknowledged European Drift Series, King of Europe. The brand is also active in technical sports and auto-motor sports.

Hell Energy Drink has their own headquarters in Hungary, Romania, the United Kingdom, Russia and also in Cyprus. The export is primarily focused on key European markets.

In order to ensure this exceptional quality to both consumers and partners, in 2010 we have started a significant development in Hungary thus the most modern, world class filling factory was established uniquely able to manufacture 250, 330, 475, and 500ml bottles. Hell Energy as opposed to outsourced-bottling is now produced for import and export since spring 2011 in the state-of-the-art Szikszó bottling factory. The one of a kind can-filling line has an annual capacity of 300 million cans in order to accept assignments and outsource requests from other brands. Next to the recently built Szikszó factory, an additional warehouse of 6000 square meters with 10 docking stations and ramp-elevated system will be soon completed housing over 10.000 pallets and the daily transported amount is to reach 1400 pallets.

Not only the products, but the trade marketing materials – coolers, displays, merchandising – are profuced under direct supervision, guaranteeing the expected quality and favorable prices.

Hell Energy considers social responsibility as an important pillar in corporate attitude: there are annual charity events and social activities in which the brand participates.

HELL ENERGY Hungary Ltd. feels that it is increasingly important for us to take responsibility for our actions, in Europe as well as in the rest of the world. Most importantly we have a responsibility to the people taking part in the production of our products.

We have to make sure that nobody whose work is contributing to our success is deprived of his or her human rights, or suffers mental or bodily harm.

In order to make our position clear to our suppliers, our own staff, as well as any other parties we have set up a Code of Conduct. It is a non-negotiable requirement from our side that all our suppliers, distributors and contractors, and those who contract with our company (hereinafter referred to as Contracted Partner) without exception, must follow this code.
