Mihály Varga opened HELL Group’s latest development

September 30th, 2015. Mihály Varga, Minister of National Economics opened HELL Group’s most recent project, the new, modern logistics center, developed at the company’s Szikszó Park. Prior to the opening ceremony the Minister visited Hungary’s market leading energy drink’s filling factory, where he personally could make sure, that the high quality energy drinks are canned in a state-of-the-art environment, with a daily capacity of 1 million cans.

Üvegszikla Ingatlankezelő Kft – member of the HELL Group of Companies – has doubled its currently existing storage capacity with this additional ultra-modern regional logistics center of 6.000 sqm. The recently handed over center will serve as a base for HELL’s production hall’s future expansion of can filling lines. „The Company’s dynamic, expansive development and the increase of demand for exportable, high-quality products justify the increase in production capacity. We, as a 100% Hungarian owned entity turn great attention to serve our export market of over 40 countries from a Hungarian base, with Hungarian workforce” – stressed at the ceremony by Elemér Tarsoly, HELL’s Factory Director

The Minister highlighted: There is great potential for growth in the Hungarian economy and Hungarian entrepreneurs have the ambition to carry out developments such as we see here”  pointing out the development of HELL – later opened by cutting the national colored ribbon.

For the development, Üvegszikla Kft. has received 390 million HUF non-recourse funding from the New Széchenyi Plan Operative Program. The full volume of the project that is to be completed by 2015 (szerintem nem 2016??? – döme) has a combined value of 1,120 billion HUF

With this development the Group – currently employing over 200 persons at the Sziszkó park- will create further workplaces providing long-term sources of income, which is extremely unique in the region.  The two halls are to contain social and office blocks as well, and the new logistics center is planed to employ over 50 workers and office staff.

HELL has completed developments in Szikszó in the value of 15 Billion HUF over the past 5 years. The company has closed the business year of 2014 with a net revenue 12,8 Billion HUF, with 560 Million HUF net profit and has paid 2,3 Billion HUF under several titles of taxes. As stressed by the Factory Director, the Group plans to develop future projects in the total volume of 30 Billion HUF over the upcoming 3 years – providing subsistence for 500 families living in the region.
